What we collect
We collect the email address you submit to open the invoice maker, the time and source of that submission, and the version of this notice shown to you. If you tick the optional marketing box, we also record that choice and its time.
Separately, for our own product analytics, we record lightweight usage events: that a page was viewed, that the email gate was submitted (including repeat submissions from the same email), and that a PDF download completed, along with the timestamp, the template name chosen, and the email tied to that visit. This is event metadata only, kept apart from Brevo, and used solely so we can see how many people use the tool and how it performs.
How we use it
Your email is used to provide access to the free tool, prevent abuse, and understand use of the product. We send marketing messages only when you separately opt in. You can unsubscribe from those messages at any time.
Your invoice data stays in your browser
Names, addresses, line items, amounts, payment details, logos, and generated PDFs are processed in your browser. We do not receive or store that invoice content. When you download a PDF, only an event ping is sent to us — your email, a timestamp, and the template name — never the PDF file or any invoice content itself.
Service provider and transfers
We use Brevo to store email and consent records and, for people who opt in, send marketing email. Brevo processes this information on our behalf and may process it in countries outside your own under its contractual safeguards.
Retention and your choices
We keep access records only while they remain useful for the tool and our legitimate business records. Marketing records are kept until you unsubscribe, withdraw consent, or the record is no longer needed. You may ask to access, correct, or delete your information, or object to its use.
