Fairtab Refund Policy

Status: DRAFT. Checked against Fairtab's actual product behavior by svnlabs' internal legal team, but not yet reviewed by a lawyer. Confirm this stays consistent with Paddle's own buyer terms before launch, since Paddle is the merchant of record for all Fairtab purchases. Prices are intentionally not repeated in this document (see note in each section below); check the pricing page for current amounts, and keep this note if pricing changes.

Pay-per-download

This is a one-time payment for a single clean PDF download (current price shown on the Fairtab pricing page). Because the download is delivered immediately, we don't offer refunds once the file has been generated, except where something on our end genuinely went wrong (for example, you were charged but never received your download). If that happens, contact us at hello@svnlabs.co and we'll sort it out.

Pro subscription

You can cancel your Pro subscription anytime from your account settings (current price shown on the Fairtab pricing page). Cancelling stops future billing; it doesn't refund the current billing period, and your Pro access continues until that period ends. We don't offer partial refunds for unused time within a period.

What "stays clean" actually means: any invoice file you've already downloaded is a static PDF sitting on your device, it won't retroactively grow a credit line just because you later cancel or downgrade. It doesn't mean every future re-download of that same invoice from your Fairtab account is guaranteed clean forever: downloads are generated based on your plan at the time you download, so if you re-download an invoice after downgrading to Free, that new copy follows the Free plan's rules like any other Free-plan download.

Billing issues

All payments are processed by Paddle, our payment provider and merchant of record. If you have a dispute about a charge, you can also raise it directly with Paddle, or reach out to us and we'll help sort it out with them.
